The United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), a United Nations agency, and the Royal Automobile Club of Spain – RACE have created the world’s first UN Training Centre for Road Safety. The objective of this centre, which will be called CIFAL Madrid, is to promote the training of professionals through studies, seminars and postgraduate courses. The postgraduate course, Expert in Road Safety Management and Administration, is a European University certification developed with UNITAR and RACE through CIFAL Madrid.
